Extra Costs
If full payment or confirmation is not received 10 days before the course start date, the spot will be released; reinstatement is subject to availability with a $200 fee. One-time rescheduling is allowed with a $200 administration charge. In case of cancellation, 50% of the course fee is deducted, and the remaining amount is issued as store credit valid for 18 months. A $90 fee applies to rejoining the offline course from the online course. PayPal fees (4.5%) are the participant’s responsibility. No refund or credit is provided for personal room downgrades.
