Daily Schedule
Most residential trainings follow a similar structure:
6:00 AM - Morning meditation and pranayama
7:00 AM - Asana practice (2 hours)
9:00 AM - Breakfast break
10:30 AM - Anatomy or philosophy lecture
12:30 PM - Lunch and rest
3:00 PM - Teaching methodology and practice
5:00 PM - Evening asana or restorative practice
7:00 PM - Dinner
Core Curriculum
Asana (Physical Postures)
You'll learn proper alignment, modifications, adjustments, and sequencing for 50+ poses across all categories – standing, seated, twists, backbends, inversions, and more.
Anatomy & Physiology
Understanding the body is crucial for safe teaching. Expect to learn about muscles, joints, the spine, and common injuries.
Philosophy & History
Dive into yoga sutras, the eight limbs of yoga, chakras, and the rich history of this ancient practice.
Teaching Methodology
Learn how to cue, demonstrate, observe students, create sequences, and manage a class environment.
Assessments
